Smoko subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are billed and managed by Google. Cancellations, renewals and refunds for Play purchases are handled through your Google Play account, subject to Google Play's refund policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Cancelling a subscription and deleting a Smoko account are separate actions — cancel active billing before requesting account deletion.
